Steve Parks

Steve’s tenacity and attention to detail started early in life. He attended Youngstown State, where he was an invited walk-on receiver. After college he joined FedEx and moved to Florida, where Perma-Liner Industries recognized his industrious nature and logistical skill and offered him a job in 2006.

He started as Logistics Manager and was soon promoted to Plant and Operations Manager. Over a 12-year career at Perma-Liner he hired and trained more than 30 employees and opened new distribution centers in Delaware, Chicago, and California. Under his direction the warehouses began in-house manufacturing of calibration tube, felt liner, and pull-in-place liner materials, and he oversaw all trailer build-outs and equipment development.

Steve joined Dynamic Drain Technologies as COO in March 2017. He created tiered organizational plans with promotion tiers for all staff, implemented a direct-source supply chain plan that decreased cost of goods sold by as much as 50%, and was the key architect of Dynamic Drain’s vertical pipe lining process and the vertical integration of its plumbing and drywall divisions.
