St. Petersburg is one of our two locations, alongside Alexandria, and it carries full deployed capability: inversion and UV curing equipment, inspection cameras, robotic cutters, cleaning and reinstatement machines, materials, and crews.

Local Proof: Ascott Place, Tampa

A 231-unit garden-style community across 59 buildings, completed in March 2022. We surveyed 115 under-slab laterals and 21 mains, with about 3,155 feet of mainline televised and condition-graded to NASSCO standards. More on our multifamily work.

From evaluation to rehabilitation

How we Work

What We Do

Most local work starts with an Infrastructure Intelligence evaluation and continues with CIPP rehabilitation, lining failing pipe from the inside instead of replacing it.

  1. 01Evaluation studyThe system is mapped, inspected by camera, and every section is condition-graded.
  2. 02Prioritized findingsGrades are weighted by system risk and turned into a plan, most critical sections first.
  3. 03RehabilitationTrenchless CIPP lining of the sections that matter most, without full pipe replacement. Access requirements are confirmed during the evaluation.
