Matt leads business development for multifamily, commercial, and industrial clients, helping boards and owners plan long-term rehabilitation.
Biography
After graduating in 2011, Matt Schreiber began his career in the flooring industry at his family business, Mike’s Flooring Companies, building experience in sales and operations supporting multifamily, government, and commercial projects. When Interior Logic Group acquired the company in 2019, Matt stayed on as Director of the East Coast, managing a multi-state territory.
In 2024 Matt joined Dynamic Drain Technologies as Senior Vice President of Sales. He leads business development for multifamily, commercial, and industrial clients, educating customers on Cured-In-Place Pipe solutions and positioning Dynamic Drain as a long-term partner for sanitary and storm rehabilitation.
Matt supports clients through planning and budgeting, helping evaluate piping conditions, prioritize repairs, and develop long-term rehabilitation strategies. He frequently presents to boards, ownership groups, and management teams so decisions can be made with clarity and confidence.
