Six services, one team

  • At night on a rooftop, a technician lowers an inspection camera into a glowing drain

    Diagnostics and assessment

CCTV pipe inspection and camera surveys document the real condition of every line, so repair decisions start from evidence instead of assumptions.

    CIPP rehabilitation

Trenchless Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining rebuilds failing pipe from the inside, without the demolition, displacement, and downtime of full replacement: a 50-year liner life with a 10-year warranty, 2 to 84 inch diameters, 4 to 1,000 foot runs, typically 40 to 75% less than replacement.

    Pipe cleaning and clearing

High-pressure hydro jetting and mechanical cleaning remove grease, scale, and debris to restore flow and prepare pipes for inspection or lining.

    Domestic water rehabilitation

Aging domestic and potable water lines are renewed with Uponor PEX alongside the sanitary drain, waste and vent rehabilitation, scheduled around residents and daily operations to keep disruption to a minimum.

    Reinstatement and restoration

After lining, branch connections are reopened and access points restored, returning the system to full service and the building to normal use.

Where the work happens

Inside the walls

Every building has a plumbing system. And most of them are in worse shape than anyone knows.

  1. The riser

Risers are the vertical pipes that carry water and waste between floors.

  2. A new pipe inside the old

A resin-saturated liner is installed inside the existing pipe and cured in place, forming a new pipe within the old one, without full replacement. Work is performed from existing access points where possible; some projects require small access pits.

  3. Connections reopened

Once a liner cures, robotic cutters reopen each branch connection from inside the pipe, returning the system to full service.

  4. A failure low in the stack

Because every floor above depends on them, a failure low in the stack affects the whole building.

Riser model Riser stacks are modeled in Revit and Inventor, so complex systems can be reviewed and phased before work begins.

  1. 01Evaluation studyThe system is mapped, inspected by camera, and every section is condition-graded.
  2. 02Prioritized findingsGrades are weighted by system risk and turned into a plan, most critical sections first.
  3. 03RehabilitationTrenchless CIPP lining of the sections that matter most, without full pipe replacement. Access requirements are confirmed during the evaluation.
