Nick Santoni

Nick has spent his entire professional career in the pipe rehabilitation industry. After graduating from college he was recruited by Perma-Liner Industries, at the time the largest small diameter pipe lining equipment and material manufacturer in North America. As a regional business development manager he implemented a direct sales plan that grew Perma-Liner’s Northeast sales territory by 300%, and helped create the company’s first strategic sales forecasting database.

At that time 95% of all small diameter pipe lining and rehabilitation was dedicated to exterior lateral piping. Nick had the idea to form a technology-based pipe rehabilitation company focused on interior mechanical piping infrastructure, and in May 2008 he founded Dynamic Drain Technologies, with a core vision of developing pipe assessment and lining technologies that could be used within a building footprint.

Since then Nick has recruited a management team of like-minded pipe rehabilitation technology trailblazers. Together they created the nation’s first turnkey, technology-based approach to pipe rehabilitation inside occupied buildings, the approach behind Infrastructure Intelligence. In addition to his role as CEO, he leads research and development of emerging pipe assessment and repair technologies. In 2020 Nick co-founded Paramount Pipe Lining Products, which develops and distributes domestic and international CIPP technologies and products in North America.
