Dynamic Drain Technologies offers a single access pipe relining system to rehabilitate existing building service laterals without the need of extensive digging. Our pipe rehabilitation staff can rehabilitate existing building service pipelines in 2" to 8" diameters in less then a day or even less then five hours.
This method allows the liner to negotiate 22s, 45s, and sweeping 90 degree bends with ease.
The Process
The existing host pipeline is cleaned out with a rooter machine and a video pipe camera confirms if the pipe can receive lining. We then make one small 4'x3' pothole to expose the pipe and a piece of felt liner is treated with epoxy resin, inserted into the pipe, and expanded with a calibration tube. The lining is then cured in place as the resin cooks and hardens. We remove the calibration tube and inspect the results with our cameras. Once applied, our permanent pipeline replacement should last a minimum of 50 years.

These materials are tested to meet specification F1216 for cured-in-place pipes. This specification requires our materials to be tested for a minimum design life of 50 years. Our testing results exceed these specifications.
